We are a group of likeminded people who meet together each week. An average of 100 people come along and we talk about basic investing strategies and share success stories.
The Club has grown rapidly because of its unique qualities. Below are some of the reasons our club is so special.
INTEGRITY
We discovered property investing when Mum & Dad were in their late 50's. My brother and I went on the journey with our parents. Three years after purchasing our first investment properties together we all retired from the normal work force. We run our Chat Club as if it were part of our family, dealing only with honesty and integrity at all times. The main speaker on Monday Nights is my Dad, Dave Dorian.
EDUCATION
Monday Meetings are really about education only! Teaching others the basic strategy we learned. The reason our club is such a success is because it is a comfortable environment where people can learn without the fear that at the end of the evening someone has an ulterior motive.
SAFE SPACE- No recruiting & No selling
We operate our Meeting Nights as a Safe Space. No professional selling allowed. We are not a business networking forum. We exchange ideas for the benefit of each other, but we do not hard sell to members & no selling by members. We focus only on educating members on how to purchase and how to build a basic property portfolio.
BOOK CLUB- Discounted Education
We source property investing books as well as motivational books for members at 10% off. We also have a rental section for those strapped for cash. You can hire a book for $2 per week..
MEMBERSHIP FEES- Try Before You Buy
The first two (2) weeks are FREE so you can be sure if you want to join. We started off as a meeting place for a few like minded people to share ideas. Now we have a large forum of like minded people where we share questions and answers all formatted into 24 weeks of learning and sharing modules. Occasionally some of our own Mentors come along as guest speakers.
The Chat Club is a chance to change the way you think about money while in the company of others. We are not property developers, nor are we part of any consultant group. We run a safe space at our meetings (no sales, no business cards, and no gimmicks.) The first 2 weeks are FREE, then, to join the programme you pay only $120 for a 24 week education course which includes your partner. You receive a folder which is full of tips, checklist and information for the meetings. You will then have the option to join the next level programme called 'The Apprentice Millionaire’ or pay $120 for another 24 weeks should you wish to repeat the basic education sessions. Each year thereafter there is an annual services fee of $120 to remain a member and attend meetings. While this helps us cover some of the costs it also gives you access to a newsletter, members website areas, TAM program, TNPM program, DPG buyers agent, rebates on deals, special functions and much more including our services network.
GROWTH- Never Stop Growing
We are constantly growing and changing. After progressing through the Follow Me Chat Club property investing foundation 24 week programme, if you wish to accelerate your learning and property investing journey, you have the opportunity to join the Apprentice Millionaire programme and purchase 4 properties in 12-18 months. The next level is an advanced program called The Next Property Millionaire. This is run by Liz Sullivan & Dave Dorian, full time property invetsor and the founder of the Follow Me Chat Club.
